In connection with the new regulations on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data, we would like to meet our obligation to provide information on how we process your personal data. Below, we explain the most important issues. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Information on the processing of personal data:
Your personal data are processing at least on one of the legal basis of art. art. 6 para. 1 „GDPR”, i.e.:
the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes,
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject,
processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person,
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller,
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where suchinterests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

LINETECH S.A. processes the following categories od personal data:
contact details,
data required for identification for the purposes of concluding the contract, performing the service and issuing an invoice,
identification data necessary for online correspondence,
data needed to choose the right marketing offer and services for LINETECH S.A. (if you have previously given consent to do so).
For what will we use your personal data?
We will process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
to carry out activities which are request before the conclusion of the contract,
in order to conclude and perform a contract with LINETECH S.A.,
in order to performance of the contact concluded with LINETECH S.A. on your behalf as a third part (Article 393 of the Civil Code),  when another part is a part to the contract,
in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on LINETECH S.A., e.g. issue an invoice or bill,
for marketing purposes of LINETECH S.A. products and services (if you have previously given consent to do so).
Do you have an obligation to provide personal data?
To the extent that the processing of your data takes place in order to perform the contract with LINETECH S.A., providing your data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If you do not provide personal data, the contract will not be concluded. Providing the data necessary to issue an invoice is a statutory obligation and results from the Act on tax on goods and services.
In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary, it is not a statutory or contractual requirement and is not a condition for concluding a contract
When and to whom we can pass the data, and to whom we certainly will not pass it on?
If you agree, we will share your personal data with entrepreneurs with whom LINETECH S.A. cooperates so that they can use them for marketing purposes. We may disclose your data to recipients, in the form of companies cooperating with us and performing tasks on our behalf. In this case, an agreement is concluded with these entities to ensure the security of your data. If you want to know with whom we currently cooperate, you can always ask.
What can you do with given to us personal data?
You have the right to request LINETECH S.A. access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, objecting to their processing, and we may, at your request, transfer it to another data controller. Regarding the processing of your data for the marketing of LINETECH S.A.'s own products or services you can object.
How to withdraw consent?
You can give all or some of your consents or not. You can withdraw any consent given to LINETECH S.A. at any time. in connection with the processing of personal data without suffering negative consequences. All you have to do is send an e-mail, call or send a message by post to the contact details indicated above. The willingness to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way, the only condition is that it reaches our information. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing your data before it is made, i.e. until the consent is withdrawn, the processing of your data by LINETECH S.A. is legal.
How long will we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to perform the contract between you and LINETECH S.A. or a contract concluded by another entity on your behalf, and after that time for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that LINETECH S.A. may raise, and which may be raised against LINETECH S.A. If your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, personal data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill this obligation. We will process data processed on the basis of consent until you withdraw this consent.
If your personal data will be processed on the basis of the Controllers legitimate interest, when the basis for this processing is the performance of the contract concluded with LINETECH S.A. for your benefit, the data will be processed until the legitimate interest on which this processing is based has been fulfilled. If your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller, when the basis for this processing is direct marketing of your products and services, your personal data will be processed until you object.

How will we not process your personal data?
Your personal data is not subject to automated processing (e.g. profiling), which has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.

According to art. 13 para. 1 - 2 of Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as GDP - we would like to inform you that:
1. Your Personal Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Komitet Obrony Robotników 45D, hereinafter referred to as "the Controller".
2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
3. Your personal data are processed only for the purposes of implementing the contract.
4. Providing additional personal data is not necessary.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its completion until the claims cease.
6. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow you to implementation of this contract at airports.
7. You have the right to request the Controller to access their data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the rightto limit data processing.
8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – in Poland it is Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
9. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not take automated decisions with you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
Trainings - Information Clause
According to art. 13 para. 1 - 2 of Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as GDP - we would like to inform you that
1. Personal Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Komitet Obrony Robotników 45D, hereinafter referred to as "the Controller".
2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent.
3. Your personal data is processed only for related purposes with the implementation of the training for which you apply.
4. Providing additional personal data is not necessary.
5. Your data will be stored for the duration of the training and for a period of 2 years from the date of its completion.
6. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow you to take part of the training.
7. You have the right to request the Controller to access their data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the right to limit data processing and right to withdraw consent.
8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – in Poland it is Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Career - Information Clause
According to art. 13 para. 1 - 2 of Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as GDP - we would like to inform you that:
1. Your Personal Data Controller is Linetech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Komitet Obrony Robotników 45D, hereinafter referred to as "the Controller".
2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Controller is subject (in Poland it is Kodeks pracy) and your consent about processing more personal data which are required in Kodeks Pracy.
3. Your personal data are processed only to carry out the recruitment process.
4. Providing additional personal data is not necessary.
5. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment and will be removed no later than 1 month after this process.
6. The Controller may transfer your personal data to the airport management in order to allow you to have the eventual interview.
7. You have the right to request the Controller to access their data, rectification, completion, transfer and removal, as well as the right to limit data processing and right to withdraw consent.
8. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – in Poland it is Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
